Design Hostel 101 Dalmatinac - Split

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Design Hostel 101 Dalmatinac. The shared lounge was a great place to relax and indulge in some video game fun. Definitely left the hostel with a smile on my face!

I just loved how there was no kitchen and the restaurant had barely any food. And who needs hooks in a dorm bathroom?

I recently stayed at this hostel for 4 days during a work trip. The room I rented was actually a spacious 6-bed hotel room with its own bathroom. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with separate shower and toilet. The modern design and functional air conditioning made my stay even more pleasant. The hostel's location next to two supermarkets and bus stops was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

The hostel had a great air conditioner, which was a relief considering the high temperature outside. the room had a comfortable temperature of 19C, allowing for a good night's sleep. the location was also convenient with a long-open bar nearby.

Felt like being home, no complaints.

The room was spacious and clean, and I loved having the luxury of air conditioning to escape the summer heat.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety of options.

I recently stayed at Design Hostel 101 Dalmatinac for my trip to Split. The place was impeccably clean, with spacious dorms and ensuite showers. The staff and owner were extremely helpful, providing recommendations and going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The modern design and clean bathrooms with great water pressure were also impressive. The linens were luxurious, and the entertainment console with a super large flatscreen TV was a unique touch. The limited menu at the cafe was preferable to minimize food waste.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room at Design Hostel 101 Dalmatinac was super cozy and comfortable, perfect for chilling after a long day of sightseeing. We loved the seating area and the air conditioning - so nice to relax on the sofa and cool down!

Personally, we weren't big fans of the shared bathroom situation, but we understand that some people might not mind it.

The hostel had a well-designed and creative interior, inspired by the Dalmatian dog breed and the islands of Dalmatia. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the change of towels. The hostel also had good wifi and a Playstation in the lobby, a nice added bonus. Having a separate bathroom and toilet for each dorm was convenient.

The hostel was very clean and the rooms had separate showers and bathrooms. the beds were comfortable and lockers were available for everyone. the staff, especially Matea, was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with a bus stop and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk.

The hostel felt very homey and I had no complaints whatsoever.

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially the new guy at reception who went above and beyond to help me out. The beds were super comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find chargers and a lamp right next to my bed. The toilet facilities were top-notch and always kept clean, and I loved having the option of a private bathroom. The dorm room was spacious and even had a separate toilet and shower, with additional toilets in the hallway. The lockers were a good size, so I felt secure leaving my belongings. The proximity to the bus stop was a plus, and when I had trouble with the buses after checking out, the hostel staff was incredibly helpful over the phone, ensuring I didn't miss my bus. the cleanliness, comfort, and helpfulness of the staff made my stay here an absolute delight.

Stayed at a hostel with a reception desk in the back - so convenient! Loved playing video games in the shared lounge and getting lost in the walkable area with good shopping. Definitely left with a smile on my face!

Who needs a kitchen or clean bathrooms anyway? I prefer to gamble with my belongings in unlocked lockers.

Best stay ever! Staff helped me with taxi, super friendly. This place has Wi-Fi, AC, laundry, bar, restaurant, coffee shop. Express check-in, VIP check-in, luggage storage, locker room. No pets, no smoking. Perfect for my romantic escapes. See you soon!

design hostel 101 dalmatinac exceeded my expectations in split. the staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and meticulously clean, and having my own bed with a lamp and plug socket was a nice touch. i would definitely stay here again if i come back to split.

air conditioning could be better

my recent stay in split was amazing! this hostel exceeded my expectations. staff friendly, clean rooms, and great location. loved hanging out at the bar and meeting other travelers. truly felt comfortable and at home.
